Before a trial, record the material specification, mould status, machine setup and the drawing revision used for review. Define how samples will be identified and which appearance, dimensional and assembly checks will be performed.

During the trial, connect each sample with the process settings and observations. Note visible marks, trapped-gas indications, local sink and dimensional deviations without treating one sample as proof of production capability.

What to review on the samples

01Transparent and optical zones
02Allowed parting and contact traces
03Key dimensions and references
04Sample identification
05Process settings and observations
06Assembly checks and open questions

Plan the next verification

After the review, separate product-design questions, mould corrections and process experiments. Assign the evidence and confirmation needed for the next check before changing the agreed scope.
