RFQ / Project Inquiry
Send us your drawings, samples, material, quantity and lead time — we assess from mould solution, manufacturability and trial-mould plan.
Fill in your contact and project details — the more complete, the more accurate the DFM advice and quote.
After submission we proceed in four steps: intake, risk assessment, solution & quote, schedule confirmation — kept in sync throughout.
Clear file, DFM, trial and attachment-handling rules help you prepare project information that can move directly into engineering review.
The inquiry form accepts STEP, STP, IGS, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, ZIP, JPG, PNG and WEBP files, with up to 5 files and 20 MB in total.
Provide 3D or 2D drawings, samples or photos, material, expected quantity, target lead time, and appearance or assembly requirements. More complete input supports a more specific DFM and mould assessment.
A DFM review examines parting, gating, venting, cooling, ejection, sink marks, warpage and assembly risks against the part structure, before mould design and machining begin.
Trial records typically cover temperature, pressure, cycle, sample appearance, key dimensions and assembly results for later parameter tuning and mould correction.
When the part structure, material, quantity or appearance requirement changes, the effect on mould structure, machining scope, cost and schedule should be confirmed before the corresponding work proceeds.
Accepted inquiry attachments are isolated outside the public website directory and retained for 30 days by default. For earlier deletion, contact sales@chinamoldworks.com.
